All rooms in this Bed & Breakfast are suited for two persons. The rooms are cosy and have been decorated with care. This is the place to be for people who appreciate a clean, tidy room. The B&B is on the ground floor, with PVC flooring and underfloor heating.

The rooms each have a separate entry, their own luxurious bathroom and a fully furnished kitchen with an induction cooktop. On arrival the key can be found in the key locker, so you will be able to enter the room without first contacting the owner. Each room has French windows which access a 15m2 private terrace with its own garden furniture, guaranteeing comfort and privacy. Apart from this there is a communal terrace which can be used for barbecuing. A barbecue roster can be used for free (a €10 deposit is required).

Every room has been set up spaciously, ranging from 30 to 35 m²
and has its distinctive atmosphere.

“A quiet breakfast is a splendid start of the day” is our mantra.

That is why you are not bound to specific breakfast times. Your breakfast is placed in the refrigerator, ready for you to decide for yourself at what time you want to bake your buns or boil your eggs. Breakfast is a mix of orange juice, cottage cheese, eggs, buns, regional and seasonal produce. For a longer stay we will consult you on a convenient time to resupply your fridge. Of course, tea and coffee are available at all times.

We strive to the highest possible degree of sustainability.

• Outside lighting is regulated by timeclocks and restricted to avoid light pollution. Both inside and in the garden, we make use of LED lighting as much as possible.
• Our B&B was built with a heat pump to generate most of its heat in an environmentally friendly way.
• In early 2017 twenty solar panels were installed on our B&B. These solar panels provide all the energy for both our guests and ourselves. When the sun shines, we start our laundry machine!
• Our water installation features a water softener, which provides the B&B with extra soft water for drinking and showering.

In order to ensure a pleasant stay for you and our other guests the following rules apply:

1. Check-in between 15.00 and 21.00 pm
2. Check-out before 10.30 am
3. No noise between 23.00 pm and 7.00 am
4. Be considerate to other guests: no noise or loud music outside the room.
5. No pets.
6. No smoking indoors.
7. No recreational drug use.
8. Keep the B&B and its surroundings clean: no littering of cigarette buts or other trash.
9. On arrival one key is provided; in case of loss €50,- will be charged. After check-out, the key can be placed in the designated key locker or presented to the landlady.
10. All dishes should be cleaned before checking out.
11. Glass containers are to be disposed of by the guests; plastic and other waste can be put in the containers.
12. During your stay, parking should be done in the parking spots next to the B&B. Parking is at your own risk.
13. In case of damage the owner of the B&B should be notified at once
